Mike Downie and Jenny Moorman are both passionate about helping clients get ahead financially, to enjoy a future full of predictability and enjoyment through sensible financial advice. We provide the tools and support for our clients to fulfil their dreams and aspirations with as little uncertainty for them as possible.

We’ve had careers in diverse industries including – retail, wholesale, importing, mining, farming, trucking, and hospitality and have a wealth of experience to draw from. With this background on top of our education we can provide a depth of understanding of the real world to pass on to our clients.

Michael Downie commenced Downie Wealth Management in 2008 and has grown the business into a diverse practice offering a complete range of Advice to clients of all ages. This includes advice in Investing, Superannuation, Insurance, Retirement, and cash management.

Michael previously had a business background owning and operating wholesale and retail businesses. This experience has given Michael the skills to understand the challenges making financial decisions across client’s personal and business lives.

Michael was educated at St Louis College, now John XXIII College, and then attended Curtin University. He has since completed the Advanced Diploma Financial Advice and is a member of the Australian Association of Financial Advisers.

Jenny has been working in the financial services industry since 2008 when she graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce.

Jenny’s focus is to deliver greater certainty to client’s financial lives by getting to know her clients, identifying their financial and lifestyle goals and determining appropriate strategies to put in place. She then meets regularly to review the plan and fine tune it to ensure that the client/adviser relationship is a long and successful one.

Jenny prides herself on being able to simplify things for her client so they can clearly see how they can meet their goals over time.
